Today, I’m talking to Meera Hardin, a coach who’s an expert in salary negotiation. She helps ambitious professionals secure the raises they truly deserve.
Meera has a background of over 18 years working in Sales in the Media industry working for big companies like NBC and Disney.
It was fascinating to hear her story of bravery to actually start her coaching business and some of the doubt she felt despite all her experience in sales.
I also took the opportunity to get her insights on sales, pricing and overcoming objections, because I love hearing this from someone who has long standing experience in the field and working with multi-million dollar deals.
Meera also shares amazing Bravery Stories including living overseas in her youth, doing things her own way and just being her authentic self.
