Welcome back to another episode of BU with Declan Edwards. In this 15 minute mindset episode we're actually going to do 2 parts because there's no way we can fit all the juicy goodness into one episode (you may have noticed that this episode is slightly over the 15 minute mark).
To kickstart this 2 part special we are diving into the 7 common thinking patterns that will hold you back from happiness. These are thoughts that we've personally experienced in our journeys here at BU as well as thoughts that we regularly see our members struggle with at the start of their personal development and wellbeing journeys.
For each thought pattern we explore what the thought is, why it's an issue and, most importantly, how you can begin to overcome it and take a step forward in your wellbeing.
