During the summer of 1996, Laura “Lollie” Winans and Julianne “Julie” Williams were murdered in Virginia’s Shenandoah National Park. Despite a suspect being charged with the couple’s murder in 2001, their case remained open and unsolved until June 2024—almost three decades after the murders.
