In honor of Women's History Month, (yes we know its April) Chief Owens interviews Spouse Erica Aguilar. She is the spouse of fallen Border Patrol Agent Luis Aguilar, and talks about the struggles of losing her husband, and the overwhelming support of the Border Patrol post Luis's EOW.
