Self-sabotage, procrastination, oh my! It happens to (probably) all of us. What can we do to fight it?

  • Try to hype yourself up every day. Find something to appreciate about even boring work days.
  • Don’t be blunt-honest to be mean; know the person you’re talking to (if they can take it) or only give your real honest opinion if asked for it.
  • Self-awareness is the first step to beating self-sabotage. In the meantime, be gentle with yourself.
  • Changing your habits can take weeks to years! Stay with it :D
