Romans 3:1-20 describes the guilt of all humanity before God. The passage begins by acknowledging the advantages that the Jews have as God's chosen people, but then points out that their unfaithfulness does not negate God's faithfulness. The passage goes on to say that all people, both Jews and Gentiles, are under sin and guilty before God.
