In this week's episode I would love us to reflect on the experiences we have previously had and how they can impact our life. How we carry past trauma can have a monumental impact on our life so what can we do about it and how can we change our response? I want to think about this through the lens of something that happened to me as a child and how until recently this impacted me.
When we take time to heal past trauma we can begin to practice self compassion, re parenting and implement so many more healthy techniques.
