The Little Book of Hygge was a runaway success and redefined ‘contentment’ for the world. Author Meik Wiking, CEO of the Happiness Research Institute, has been called ‘the Indiana Jones of smiles’ – and now he’s back on a new quest to unlock the doors to happiness (or lykke) for us all! Wiking’s native Denmark is considered the happiest country in the world, but he believes that the secrets of happiness are hidden around the globe.
