Our human self tends to be defined and we identify through a defined lens; whereas the soul self is undefined and limitless. Who you are is not defined; you are consistently evolving and the more you can allow and explore the experience of you as an experience rather than through a defined lens of 'x' means 'x' and 'y' means 'y' for instance, the more you will allow yourself to move past a defined, limited understanding of who you are into an expanded possibility.
