In starting the podcast I took a trip across the world and began interviewing "strangers" or new people that I would meet. It always occurred to me how different everybody was but how similar everybody was. Everybody had a story about where they came from, and everybody was working towards a goal or ideal version of the self.
Els is a good friend I met from my travels in London through Noah Godwin who has been on the podcast a number of times. I decided to sit down with her and dive into mental health.
