Sandra Herrera, Darian Jenkins, and Christine Cupo preview this weekend's upcoming action in the NWSL including the big matchup between the Orlando Pride and the Washington Spirit. Then they take a look at Racing Louisville vs KC Current and North Carolina vs San Diego Wave. Next, the group welcome in KC Current defender Kayla Sharples to talk about her move from Bay FC to her current club, what it's like to play with Temwa Chawinga vs defend her, and they play a couple rounds of "This or That." Sharples also discusses her involvement with a new cleat company called Caddix which is designed to hopefully prevent injuries in women which have seen a drastic uptick in recent years. Then, the A3 crew take a hard look at the situation going on in Houston with the Dash, a club that recently parted ways with head coach Fran Alonso and appear to be in disarray. And finally, a recap of last night's W Champions Cup match between Frazsiers Whip and Gotham FC and a preview of tonight's matchup between Tigres Femenil and Alajuelense.
