On this episode of the podcast I sat down with Kat Stewart and Leigh Burger from Grappling Technics in Osborne Park, WA.
Kat is a blue belt under Leigh and Leigh is a 2nd degree black belt and the owner/head coach of GT. This is also Leigh's second appearance on AOS, so it was a pleasure to get back down to GT for another class and some more rolls with his crew!
We had a chat about Kat's journey, how she got involved in jiu jitsu initially and what her expectations were compared to the experience. We also spoke about competition and many other things.
