Gerry Whelan talks about different types of safety glasses – Toughened Glass, Laminated Glass and Wired Glass. He explained the importance of complying with Australian Glazing Code AS1288 2006 and the risks involved if the building and glass used in it does not meet the code standards. Gerry stresses that rental or commercial building owners may be held liable if it is not up to code or and if tenants get injured. Gerry is the owner of Archer Glass in Brisbane Australia.
