Society programs us from a young age with what the people around us think is best for us, which is all well and good. But as we grow up and start doing big things like getting married and having kids, we want to check that these are things we want. It's okay if they are, but if they are not, we want to make sure we get out of autopilot and go down the path that we actually want!
