Our guest in this episode is Enrique Braunschweiger with First West Financial. As an independent mortgage professional in Palm Springs CA, he noticed two things. First, buyers have direct access to the same tools as mortgage and real estate professionals. So they can now do many aspects of home buying without a realtor. Second, his independent shop was competing against a large competitor with deep pockets.
