Are you afraid of speaking up? Are you finding your leadership style unappreciated or ineffective? People who lose their jobs are often leaving a toxic work environment or at the very least, a workplace that is not aligned with their values and beliefs. This is the exact situation that author Jocelyn Davis found herself in when she lost her job.
