It’s been a while since I’ve discussed relationships on the podcast. But, after these past few days with an interesting guest, I’ve deeply reflected on happiness and what it truly means to me. Have you ever been in the company of someone who was literally unhappy about EVERYTHING? Of course, I’m trying not to exaggerate because people have described me as being too positive, too optimistic, or even too happy. But, this is who I am. This is how I choose to show up.
The lesson I feel I’m learning is that how people treat others directly reflects how they treat themselves. Therefore, in this episode, I talk about the small things I do to bring joy and happiness to my life. I hope you enjoy it.
