Dubuque Street businesses were celebrated last week with a block party two months after the $3.25 million construction concluded. The street was closed from March through August.
Daily Iowan News Reporter Evan Watson attended the block party. Watson is a second-year student at the University of Iowa majoring in Finance and Economics. Watson discusses the financial implications the small businesses faced during the street closure.
