Interview starts at (20:34). Lisa Knutson is the person you want in charge if you're making big changes. Prior to her joining the E.W. Scripps Co., one of Cincinnati's largest public companies, she oversaw a large-scale transformation of a major department at Fifth Third. When she made the move to Scripps, she led the spin-off of its networks business. Now as chief operating officer, Knutson is in charge of a major reorganization at the local media giant.
