She got into coaching personally after years of therapy due to her own
experiences with trauma. She was over "healing and talking about her past". In therapy, she felt like there was no growth, paths toward her goals, or any focus on the future and how she would get there. She turned her pain into purpose by helping others transform their lives.
As a Health and Wellness Coach, she partners with her clients to take a holistic look at their lives to see where they are stuck, in uncertainty, or feel unfulfilled.
