Lisa Virginia is an archetypal astrologer and has been studying her craft for the last 12 years. She does amazing work, which both of us can attest to. Lisa has a master’s degree from Yale University and a PhD from UCSB where she is also a lecturer. She also works at GRID Alternatives within marketing and communications. Lisa’s a multi-dimensional learner and sharer of information and you can find her at various psychic and healing art fairs throughout SoCal.
Lisa’s approach is grounded and useful and here, she explains why astrology is so valuable. It’s a great tool for inner inquiry and healing and has been used for thousands of years. Whether you’re going through a rough patch in life or about to embark on something exciting, you can use astrology to gain new perspectives, insights, and inspiration. Lisa shares some of the unique aspects that people who are in their 60s today have, including planetary transits and aspects. She also explains how astrology connects us all through our animated universe.
We talk to Lisa about the benefits of knowing your astrology and how it can connect us to different parts of ourselves. We discuss free will and fate and how your birth chart can influence what happens throughout life. Lisa shares her wisdom around Saturn returns and how impactful they are, especially in your 60s. She also shares insights into our current astrological landscape and how to use them to your advantage.
Here are some references Lisa shared with us in this episode:
- Pluto in Leo: 1937-1957/58 (baby boomers)
- Pluto in Virgo: 1957/58-1971 (early Gen X)
Note that Pluto moved between Leo and Virgo in 1957-58, so if you were born in those years, you'll need to consult your birth chart to see where exactly it was when you were born! The same applies if you were born in 1937 or 1971, as Pluto changed signs partway through each of those years as well.
What’s Inside:
- How astrology helps us gain insight into our personal journeys.
- The importance of Saturn returns and the lessons they bring.
- The unique astrology of the Baby Boomer generation.
