In this episode of 10q Interview, I speak to innovator extraordinaire, the man behind The Magic Sauce, Joeri Schilders.

I really enjoyed chatting to Joeri, he gave me so much to think about in my own life and his story is pretty amazing.
Now living in the Netherlands, he spent much of his life in Asia, including studying and working in China for many years.
