Good morning, Chicago! I'm your weather companion bringing you the chilly holiday forecast.
Let's dive right in. Tonight, we're looking at a cloudy evening with temperatures dropping to a brisk 34 degrees Fahrenheit. Expect a north wind cruising around 10 miles per hour, so grab that cozy winter coat!
Moving into Tuesday, the clouds are sticking around with a high near 39 degrees Fahrenheit. A gentle northeast wind between 5 to 10 miles per hour will be keeping us company.
Christmas Day brings a slight chance of drizzle after 9 in the morning. Temperatures will inch up to about 40 degrees Fahrenheit, with a calm wind shifting to the east.
As we roll through the week, things get progressively wetter. We're looking at increasing chances of rain, particularly Thursday night and into Friday. Weekend temperatures will hover in the low 50s, perfect for those post-holiday indoor activities.
