In the Bible, "hope" means "confident expectation." It doesn't mean 50/50, it is a 100% confidence that He who Promised is faithful! Abraham and Sarah walked in hope, David running for his life walked in hope, Israel in exile for 70 years lived in hope... confident expectation!
