“A lot of companies say we take care of our people, and that's something that you can't quantify till you come on board. But just my own personal experiences in watching the owners treating employees, they walk the walk and talk the talk. They truly do put people first. You're not a number at RTI, and you're not a butt in a seat. Some companies just hire people to get them in there and get the revenue. We want the right people in the right positions, because if they don't succeed, we don't succeed. It's a team. I can't ask people to come join our team if I don't believe in our team.”
