Only 1.7% of Canadian Business Owners sell their business, less than the global average of 14.2%, but every business owner eventually has an exit, whether through sale, bankruptcy, dissolution, incapacitation, or death. There are no small business schools, and business owners are doing their best with the skills they have to take care of their families and run their businesses. This often leads to owners becoming overworked with their business becoming a jail of their own design.
