About Kevin Dureiko

Kevin Dureiko resides in Connecticut with his wife, Valerie, and their two young children. As a family, they enjoy outdoor activities, traveling, and are actively engaged in their community and church.

Kevin founded Birch and Dobson LLC in 2007. Initially, Birch and Dobson operated as a debt buyer but has since evolved into a private real estate debt fund.

In the early stages of his career, Kevin gained valuable experience in engineering, logistics, and served as a VP for a private lender. Additionally, he was a monthly consultant for nearly four years to a $30 billion hedge fund, focusing on the private lending industry, before fully dedicating himself to the growth of Birch and Dobson.

As the Fund Manager, Kevin raises capital from accredited investors, which is then deployed as first position mortgages on investment real estate. The fund specializes in financing income-producing properties for real estate investors and ground-up construction projects. In 2024, Kevin aims to leverage his extensive skills in the private lending industry to further advance the profession, educate more people about the power of private money funds, and propel Birch and Dobson past $30 million in assets under management.
