Carolyn CJ Jones is a forgiveness coach, motivational speaker, and multi-award-and-medal-winning author. Having spent the bulk of her adulthood as an angry, bitter, blaming, victim, all over her childhood, CJ managed her feeling by drinking. After she became sober, she stumbled upon a way to forgive her parents. It was this experience that led her to begin guiding others to forgive their resentment, thus, promoting peace. CJ lives just north of the Golden Gate Bridge with her two 14-year-old kitties, Ruby and Pini.
