You have your list, so now what? **In the previous episode, we talked about building your community and the first step in that is identifying who your champions are or are going to be. If you haven’t yet listened to that episode, be sure to go do that first here, or none of this will make much sense.** Do you enjoy doing research? Because that’s what this next step is all about…this is where you do some information gathering. Your list of champions or potential champions might have 10 people on it, or maybe 50 people on it, but I promise you it will be way easier to have a plan and strategy for keeping in touch with that list than to try to commit to keeping in touch with all of your contacts. Honestly, that sounds exhausting. However, building relationships doesn't happen by accident. So now that you’ve identified your list of champions, let’s gather some information.
