We all get worried when someone in the family has an illness like Covid, Dengue, Malaria or Cancer. But, when it comes to Mental Health, we don't even bat an eyelid.
However, the number of reported cases of depression, anxiety and even suicide are on the rise.
At the same time, we are all busy finding good therapists to suggest to a friend, a family member or for ourselves, but does just having a therapist works? I think otherwise. I believe that while one person is going for therapy, there's a lot others in the person's life can do.
In this episode, I bring to you my perspective on finding happiness and what I have learnt in this journey called Life.
