Episode #11 - How To Pace Your Race
Manage episode 360470207 series 3444744
Are you doing what God has called you to? Are you perhaps in a place of ‘rust out,’ struggling to get going after your engine has been stuck in the garage for a while?
Coaches Tam, Bunny, and Zack are bringing us a masterclass on momentum today, as we learn to appreciate the holy pace that flows from within us and achieve God’s Plan for us without feeling overwhelmed.
Pacing for your race involves being intentional, learning when to take time out in nature to replenish your soul, and when to ‘free wheel’ downhill on your bicycle and keep the momentum going.
There are also lessons that involve appreciating that the right balance between work and play (or life) requires an integration rather than a juggling of things that seem diametrically opposed. We can learn to give ourselves less of a hard time when we realize that sometimes our work is our life — and our life is our work.
The Kingdom Builders Academy Podcast is here to support you in your journey to walk God’s chosen path for you. Are you walking, are you running, is your car stuck in the garage, or are you cycling uphill?
Whatever your preferred mode of transport, know that procrastination will only sap your energy and your time. We have God’s Work to do! Let’s get going.
“When you are doing something you love, when you believe that this is the place that God has called you to, out of that will flow this very… holy pace or a holy ease, but it flows naturally from you.” ~ Bunny Lowe
