The mediocrity of life stems from the importance of positive mindsets with Simon Parsons who has built 2 businesses that thrived and then failed. Defeated by entrepreneurship, Simon did what he always feared and joined the corporate world as a sales rep for a Fortune 500 company. This turned out to be a blessing and again he thrived in sales, achieving the coveted President's Club award in 7 out of 7 years. His performance really took off when he became obsessed with growth mindset, cognitive behavioral psychology, and neuroscience.
