I asked for reasonable adjustments, and didn't get them in a timely manner. The anxiety got too much and I needed to make a decision for my wellbeing, so I have resigned from work. If people wonder why Autistic people don't stay in work in some cases, this is a good example. My Reasonable Adjustments couldn't have been any more reasonable...however if your Manager doesn't have the interest in ensuring you feel considered, then they won't realise the importance.
