In today’s show, we are joined by "Wine to the Stars" founder - Andrew Roper
Having grown up with his father as a high-end wine auctioneer, Andrew has had a lifetime of experience in the wine industry. His father’s clients in the UK were some of the most famous and influential of their time and they included the likes of Freddy Mercury, Elton John and Richard Branson.
On their return to Australia, building on his father’s legacy, Andrew took over the business and created his take on this enterprise.
His company “Wine to the Stars “is a highly personalised wine service that includes private tastings, bespoke wine tours, cellar curation and most uniquely their “backstage cellar door experience”.
The list of VIP clientele that he services is jaw-dropping. They include the likes of AC/DC, Adele, Ed Sheeran, David Bowie, The Eagles, The Rolling Stones, Katy Perry, Justin Timberlake, Billy Joel, Paul Stanley (KISS), Axl Rose, The Beach Boys, Michael Schumacher, Robert Plant, and the list goes on and on!
