Originally created on the brewery's second "birthday," the team decided to put the cake INSIDE the beer mash....and it worked! For the fifth anniversary, it was time to add THREE POUND CAKES, cherries and vanilla. Tastes exactly like a big slice of cake. • BIGGUS DICKUS BARLEYWINE 12.5% (*Monty Python reference name) Anniversary ale that gets "bigger" every year. Belgian-style barleywine....cross between a traditional barleywine and an Abbey ale. • IMPERIAL RASPBERRY SHIT-SHOW PORTER 13 LBS of malt extract...by accident....so we added raspberries.
