In this important period I need to be ultra efficient, I don't have a second to lose and I try to optimize my work time as much as possible. And that's exactly what I want to talk about today, by explaining a technique to get out of my comfort zone more easily and boost my creativity and efficiency! All entrepreneurs are confronted at some point with overbooked weeks and at the same time we have this need to get out of our comfort zone, to find shortcuts and to have a creative mind. And for that I have several times a week like Monday mornings when things are organized, I also have Wednesday mornings free to let my mind be creative, that's how I can facilitate certain tasks and find opportunities to implement. I see my free time as gift time (phone off of course), and I try to think of things to implement or do right away since I have the time! I see that it allows me to go faster, to be more imaginative and therefore to take better decisions! Of course the rest of my week is still overbooked and I have to catch up on my free time but I really manage to get organized and time everything! How to manage your stress? How to do when you feel like your brain is going to blow up because you have so many things on your mind... At the moment there is a lot going on for me, and that's why I haven't published for a while :-( I'm currently working intensely with 4 start-ups: - One that lost its CTO, - One that is in the launch phase of its product - Another one that is expanding its team - And another one that is in development phase And I also have my own Marketing Automation Ninja startup, with product development + a training program in line as well as a new, much simpler interface! So how do you manage your stress when you have a lot of things to do? More than what we were used to do...? So here are my recommendations: 1 - I make a big Mindmap (I write everything I have in my head on a big A3 sheet) 2 - I intensify the sport 3-4 times a week... Running, Yoga, meditation, cross fit, it boosts me a lot 3 - I eat super healthy 4 - I take care of my sleep 5 - And deep focus sessions, without any interruptions And thanks to this great cocktail, some great news are coming for Marketing Automation Ninja. Like everyone, I did tons of mistakes, especially as an entrepreneur. - I invested too much in my first startup - I took too many loans on my second one, (I'm still paying them today) - I didn't publish for a while on this channel. But that's OK! I don't have any regrets, I don't care what others might think! I believe that we are where we are supposed to be to learn what we have to learn. So if you want to be a STRONG entrepreneur, don't have any regrets, focus on what you can do to impact tomorrow. As I shared in my previous episode, I recently discovered #biohacking and went back to several tools I discovered since I became an entrepreneur. And among these methods, I started practicing the WHM (Wim Hof Method) which is: "How to activate our full potential as humans". I have been practicing cold exposure for years but I had put aside some recommended breathing exercises, not necessarily seeing the point. And recently, I surprised myself by testing the breathing technique presented in the WHM method and I surpassed my apnea record which, according to my memory was about 1min30. And I doubled it! When we analyze properly, we buy a solution, a product or a service from the moment we have an awareness. It is when we realize that a solution will allow us to reduce a pain or to improve a part of our life. And when we look at it carefully, this is not directly related to the features of a product or a solution. As an entrepreneur we often tend to focus on our actions, on what we need to put in place to make our product perform at its best and or to master all the actions necessary to achieve a certain result. The difficulty is that in the end, people are not aware of the steps or products needed for their difficulties or to improve their life. And we all do the same thing, for example we pay very little attention to the steps necessary for a baker to sell us bread. In the same way, our customers are only interested in the final result produced by our solution. So how do we convince them of the usefulness of what we have to offer? Certainly not by talking about features or technical details, but rather by generating emotions. Sharing the story of similar people who have already achieved this particular result. It's through emotion that people are carried away and that they will then justify their decision with technical details or testimonials from previous customers. Need a concrete example, think about Apple products and the ads you see on TV or on billboards in the street. There are usually no technical details. When people starts on Youtube or with podcasting, almost everyone makes the same mistake! A mistake that is expensive and a real waste of your time. If you are in this situation, you might wonder: - Which camera to choose? - How to improve the lighting, how to edit my videos? - How to cut when I make a mistake - etc... All these questions & tasks that are time consuming and won't make a big difference on the final result anyway. The ONLY important action is to record as much content as possible and get as much feedback as possible. Because even if the form of your important, the content, the message is even more important. And unfortunately it takes much more time to improve the content than the look and field. You're unlikely to become good at shooting video overnight, it will take lot of practice. On the other end, For the form, look n feel of your content, is way faster. But it will be difficult to become a great speaker in less than 3 days ;-) So don't aim for perfection but quantity to reach perfection... Sharing the backstage of my startup's launch https://marketingautomationninja.com , there is one thing that is quite uncommon... "I still don't know who is my persona..." That's a bit weird because we already got some clients, but because it's just a few for now,I still have some difficulties to define who is the idea client for this project. Is it really a problem? Yes! Of course, because everything we do, the way we could communicate depends on it... Nevertheless, I like to move forward by action. So the strategy I have set is to massively communicate about video and podcast production. And we will see see which profiles are interested in this subject and especially by automation side of content creation.
