Here is another testimony of the emotional and psychological benefits of becoming more active. He spoke about the rise in his confidence we also spoke about the rejuvenating process that leads to him doing things that he could do at a younger age. The ways to be come aware of what's going on in your body., One simple way is when drinking water. The journey of the water you put in. From your mouth through you throat into your stomach. Observe how it touches your stomach walls and sip into the food you've eaten the night before... Feel how your intestines move the food down into your rectum so you can have a nice shit if there's some ready to dispose. The other ways include the time you are urination…
This 51 year old man shared with me how he was able to move from running 20meters to running 16 km in a little over 2 hours. I have never run for 16K before. He'll get there b before me if I race him. He said some profound wisdom about how to start exercising. He shows how to begin from using the small space you have in your house to start your own running program and he also shares the journey that he went through to breed the barrier into actually enjoying exercising. He also talked about some setbacks and give the advice that you can always get back to exercising if you had to break for days or months or even years due to a disease or any other reason. I think it's such a profound conversation and you will benefit so much from it it's it's amazing that myself what I learnt surprised me that at some point some people can just feel like doing something not because they want to lose weight or lose fat or prevent diseases. He said he was motivated by just doing something just moving and then at some point he discovered some enjoyment some sweet spot That's got him coming back for more. And since then he has never looked back. I pray that you or anybody who listen to this podcast or anyone that you share the knowledge that you get from this podcast with, gets to find that sweet spot; that wonderful sweet spots to get him or her to keep moving in order to have more of that enjoyment. It is not just for some people it is for all of us and science support that.... It is just the fact that when you force yourself physically to some limits your body releases a group of hormones they call happy homes. These hormones are naturally to help you do the activities that feel difficult... That's nature's way of pushing you on to the next level.I say it is Mother Nature's physical reward for working hard and for trying to survive in fitness name. ... Kindly share with the world when you can ...…
We are all dying from one thing or anothe. There is one thing that can postpone your death date forward. There's One thing that will reverse or reduce the effects of aging on your body. For sure you will need to take some medications later in your years, to help you manage your blood pressure, blood sugar, pains from arthritis inflammations and the general weaknesses that come with aging. But exercises can push all that into your later years... A man with belly size of more than 40 inches and a woman of more than 35inches or so, have risk of being asked to take these medications those conditions before the age of 50 years... Try to remember that ... Regular moderate to high intensity Exercise an Physical Activity has positive effects on all cause mortality. This means that consistent physical activities ans exercise help reduce your risk of dying from any cause possible; be it sickness accidents or poison you name it. But you need to take action and the time is now and I want to help you so you can help others in fitness name... Amen…
Exercise does not guarantee weight loss but most gyms promise their clients weight loss. I think the gym is more like the classroom where people go to learn how to do simple exercises using their body weight or the machines that are found there. So that they can exercise with their body or with the tools and machines wherever they find themselves. In the gym we are supposed to set performance goals. You must focus on goals such as learning to properly do push ups sit ups squats planks lunges and so on with proper form and without the risk of injury.. so that we can achieve the consistency we need to achieve our health goals. Health goals such as improved cardiovascular fitness improved body composition improved flexibility reduced heart rate reduced total body fat muscle strength bone strength muscle power better blood profile and so on and so forth...…
We all lose things now and then. And every loss come with pain. The degree of pain depends on how much attached we are to whatever we have lost or whoever we have lost. The more we love it or are attached to it the more the pain we feel when we lose them. A colleague lost his motorbike so I had a very profound conversation with him and that is what this podcast is about. I said a few things about looking at the positive sides of the loss or how to learn from the loss and so you also learn that there are some ways to look at situations.... okay, in a way that make you feel better at what has happened. This is important because the way you feel in the situation determines the next moment that come. So I go on to talk about the verse in the Bible that says that...In all things give thanks to God .....and I tried to explain how I understand that and the wisdom in that verse in times of need or in times of trouble or loss, and also how you can apply that when you have lost something or when you are in a bad situation. So take a listen. it's a wonderful piece and I think it's one of the best I have shared so far. Enjoy your moments in fitness name... Amen.…
There's about of things going on for us for which we owe gratitude. To be able to breathe alone takes a lot of effort for some who may have all the stuff you want.... Look for the good in every moment because even the bad ones are pregnant with lessons yet to learn... Become who you desire but enjoy the journey to becoming whatever it's that you're becoming. When you let go the bad stuff( regrets, pain, fear, hate, jealousy, greed, etc) we make room for new and potentially better thoughts that generate better feeling to attract better situations...…
The best question is how do I add exercising time to my daily life?
Knowledge and ignorance according to Chrishnamurti .,.
One way that very happy people maintain that happy state for longer than many is simple ... Becoming aware and taking control of the many ways in which information enters your system...
Astrphile is someone who likes space stuff . Just start to explore space and see the wonders of nature
The idea or concept of Saints in christianity and Ancestors in African religion is same or perhaps same. We can now give equal respect to each or what do you think ?
