Episode 134 of The Smart Agents Podcast features Austin, Texas-based agent Kat Ashley. In just her third year in Real Estate, Kat closed more than 8-figures in sales but the success was not immediate. After leaving her longtime corporate career, Kat brought in less than $10,000 dollars in commissions in her first year. It was after realizing she needed to break the mold and be herself that her real estate business took off.

Throughout our conversation, Kat shares her tips for new agents trying to grow their own businesses as well as talks about how her real estate career really exploded once she tapped into the new home construction niche in her market.
