This week, what we're throwing down on the Table is an in-depth discussion with Brenden Deeg from NationalFootballPost.com about the upcoming Philadelphia Eagles 2022 offseason. We dove into the quarterback position, the need for better wide receivers, and how to replenish a defense with a lack of talent and depth. It was a great discussion!
But first, we took a look at the top-10 Phillies farm system prospects and gave our thoughts, even though we're not sure we'll see baseball this year. (approx. 8:00)
Then we discussed this Philadelphia 76ers team, Joel Embiid's patience as the Ben Simmons sage continues to loom over the organization, and what trade options may be on the table. (approx. 15:55)
From there, we talked about this embarrassing Flyers season, and whether or not the organization should trade Claude Giroux at this point to allow him to chase a Stanley Cup. (approx. 27:00)
We also dove into the start of this Eagles offseason after Howie Roseman's press conference where he indicated that Jalen Hurts is his starting quarterback in 2022. We also touched on the upcoming draft and holes on this team that need plugging in the future. (approx. 31:35)
Who do we like for the Super Bowl at this point in the NFL postseason? We gave our answers. (approx. 44:35)

What acquisitions should we expect from a wide receiver standpoint? What should be the first priority addressed on defense?
