What do the Xbox Series consoles, the PS5, and the last generations of consoles all have in common? It's not cross play, and it sure isn't the exclusive count - but the chips and silicon inside the consoles themselves. These chipsets are derived from those being sold for the PC market, with AMD working in tandem with Sony and Microsoft to deliver on their hardware. With the Xbox taking things further and adding in support for Keyboard and Mouse, and a browser that works near 1 for 1 with it's desktop component, we are curious: have we reached a point where consoles and PCs will finally become one unit? Or are we still a ways off? That's what we talk about with this week's topic: Consoles, the Next Home PC.
