About my Guest
My guest today is Jean Vaux, a Life Design Coach, Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Trainer, writer, speaker, and workshop leader. Jean is the CEO (Chief Equilibrium Officer) of Vaux Communication & Resources. She inspires self-sacrificing, servant-hearted influencers to align with their divine design so they can transform stress into strength to sustain their leadership and legacy.

Jean watched her mother want to—and try to—do everything. Her mother’s drive helped her thrive in many roles, yet it also contributed to her deep dive into illness. Jean often sees similarly gifted doers with huge servant hearts run themselves ragged through their physical limits, which is non-sustainable over the long-term. She became a student of burnout prevention and of how to make investments in wellness that pay off for years so leaders can steward their legacy instead of managing illness. She believes that the body, soul, and spirit are designed for resilience and equilibrium, and that when we align with our design, it supports the peace, purpose, and power we deserve and need to be effective. She takes a whole-life approach to preventing stress, including lifestyle habits, self-talk, understanding what is driving a person, balancing priorities, and more.

Jean combines her coach training and more than forty years of natural health study and lifestyle with her background in communication arts and marketing, project pioneering and management, and small group leadership. She was a graphic designer and editor with three statewide magazines and co-led an annual Christian writer’s workshop for seventeen years.
