Niya Blair Hackworth became a part of the NCAA office of inclusion team in August 2019 after spending over a decade working at institutions of higher education. As the director of inclusion, Blair Hackworth leads, partners & assists in diversity & inclusion related initiatives, focusing on race and ethnicity and student-athletes with disabilities for member institutions & the national office staff.
