In this episode, I speak with Angela Lemond from Lemond Nutrition. Angela shares some ingredients in her “secret sauce” for hiring dietitians and reducing turnover on her team. Spoiler alert; it’s not about the RD’s IQ or RD Exam score. Angela discusses the need for more health care providers to have open, curious, and courageous conversations with folks we don’t necessarily agree with; but leave the conversation still liking the person. She also emphasizes the importance of a safe space to learn and grow and provides tips on how to find a job at a company that aligns to your values.
