There are more types of care facilities than what most of us are typically exposed to. Besides the large heavily advertised assisted and independent living facilities, there are other options including small, intimate homes serving six or fewer elderly residents. Learn from Kimberly Noyse, the founder and leader at Melody Care Homes, about what it takes to live a life of service by managing smaller, more personal care homes.
