In this workshop I will present a model explaining how the human psyche is structured and how the function of identity operates based on ancient Vedic Psychology. We will then engage in a powerful guided practice of self-inquiry called "Drg-Drsya-Viveka", an inquiry into the nature of the "seer" and the "seen". Here you will have the opportunity in the field of your direct experience to explore the inner landscape and discover the spiritual Self, which is self-luminous, shining of its own light, and inherently distinct as a reality that is separate from the mind.
