Intuition can sometimes sound a bit out there — woowoo, even — and people tend to misrepresent it as only gut instinct. Before you dismiss intuition, think about what's stopping you from tuning into it and following it in the first place.

Chances are, your intuition is trying to lead you to make changes and take risks. I know, it sounds terrifying — I've been there too. It's much easier to "be rational" and do things that seem like they make sense. But that just puts you right back on the hamster wheel.
