Paris based luxury hospitality brand Fauchon is the focus of this episode with Phil Blizzard talking to Jacques-Olivier Chauvin who commences the conversation by highlighting their 100 year history - from Luxury Teas Shops to Luxury Hotels. Jacques explains why they selected Dubai 'born and based' Aleph Hospitality for a partnership to develop their brand across the Middle East and the appeal of their product to 'high net work females in the region.
No stranger to the region Fauchon, with a strong presence in Kuwait and Bahrain, are looking to open in Dubai. Explaining that in order to survive in the highly competitive Dubai market the product has to be a fresh, new concept. So listen out in the podcast for the 'Gourmet Hotel'.
Talking just after International Woman's Day Jacques was delight to talk about the accolade they has just received - with Fauchon L'Hôtel Paris receiving the award "Best Hotel for Women" in the "Five Stars & Luxury category".
