Podcast Episode 19 – Rocket Science, Aliens and the Paranormal with Stephanie Osborn
Manage episode 155470515 series 1157560
I’ve brought you a Rocket Scientist in this episode. No, really! I’m being serious! I’m a big believer of women in science and math and Stephanie has spent a career as a scientist. But she also possesses a license of ministry in the Protestant faith; has been a duly sworn, certified police officer, and is a National Weather Service certified storm spotter. You can read Stephanie’s bio here.
Today, Stephanie is a very prolific author having published more than 20 books in just four years and she’s still writing even more. She brings her scientific know-how and experience to her books.

Take Away Points
Stephanie is such an inspiration to me. She is so matter-of-fact in her varied abilities and one thing I would wish for all of us is to be as matter-of-fact in our abilities too. Yes, she is brilliant, no doubt, but she also does NOT have the limiting beliefs that other have and refuses to listen to other’s “good opinions.” Instead, she concentrates on pleasing herself and those whom she loves. She just takes it for granted that God has given her the ability to fulfill her intentions. I believe that we all have God given abilities that would surprise us.
What do you want to do that you think you can’t do because you’re not “supposed” to be that kind of person? Stephanie was “supposed” to be a nurse, instead she became a Rocket Scientist and now an Author.
Now remember, we are networking here, right on this podcast, so make sure to reach out to Stephanie via her website. This is your introduction and permission to connect with her.

Business Tip of the Week
If you love talk radio but are frustrate that shows are always on podcasts then you can use Dar.fm to record shows much like a DVR (or VCR) would record a television show. You can try out their basic service for free but I subscribe to their paid service and it’s great. I do not have an affiliate relationship with Dar.fm, I just really love the service.
