Condo trends during the recently completed South Florida Winter Buying Season - that extended from November 2023 through April 2024 - were the focus of the June Monthly Meeting of the Miami Condo Market Investing Club™
Expert Peter Zalewski - a former financial journalist, a Wall Street consultant, a licensed Florida real estate broker and a court-admitted expert witness - hosted the event on June 12, 2024 from his office in Greater Downtown Miami.
This virtual meeting was about 80 minutes long and includes a Questions & Answers segment between Zalewski and Club members.
