Today I’m speaking with Richard Ilderton, a marine mammal medic, saving the lives of injured or trapped seals, dolphins and whales for British Divers Marine Life Rescue. He’s an area coordinator for the international organisation, whose volunteers brave rough seas, dramatic conditions and the sharp teeth of their seal patients...
We chat about how to 'jump a seal', the largest animal he's rescued, the effects that plastic pollution is having on these fantastic animals and what we can all do to help.
